50% deposit required within 7 days when making the reservation (within free cancellation period), 50% deposit required immediately (if free cancellation period is over/passed).

Remaining 50% needs to be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation 31 days or more before the arrival date.

Forfeit 100% of Total if guest cancels 7 days before arrival
Forfeit 100% of Deposit if guest cancels 14 days before arrival
Forfeit 50% of Deposit if guest cancels 21 days before arrival
Forfeit 25% of Deposit if guest cancels 30 days before arrival

*By making a payment via our secure payment link, guests acknowledge and agree that any credit card or banking transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Should a booking be cancelled, the applicable transaction fees charged by the payment processor will be deducted from the refunded amount.*

Cancellation Policy for Extended Stays (7 Nights or More)

To confirm an extended stay of seven (7) nights or longer, a deposit of at least 60% of the total reservation value is required at the time of booking.

Should a reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 60 days or more before arrival: 20% of the total booking value will be charged.
• 59 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
• 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
• 14 days or less before arrival, early departure, or no-show: 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.

Cancellation fees are applicable due to the difficulty of re-selling extended reservations at short notice.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will only be considered effective once confirmed by Kruger Nights.

Kruger Nights reserves the right to waive or amend cancellation fees, at its sole discretion, in exceptional circumstances.
